However, the weakness shown by the main character confused me a little. She is intelligent and decently level headed but its almost as if Stockholm syndrome came into effect really quickly. This book finished too quickly for me. When I first sat down to read it, I was half way through before I put it down. It was very easy to read but almost too easy and I felt it was over before it began. This is a phenomenal book, with an exquisite writing style.  Completely captivated, you enter a dangerous and luring world between two women. The plot is clever and it really has a story that you want to follow. Brilliant! A fun and horrifying book to read. The author is very talented and I'll probably be purchasing more of her books sometime, but The need is completely riveting.
