I honestly don't understand this re-do of an already established series. As Lengths, I loved it. Is there new content? I'm so confused.

Before I begin this review, for those of you who don't know, Hide Me is a revamped, repackaged, version of Lengths by Steph Campbell and Liz Reinhardt. I stalk actively follow these amazing authors on all social media, so when I found out the the Silver Strand series had been picked up by a publisher, I was not only super happy for them, but also excited to read this book again, to take a dive into the series with fresh eyes. This was a good read!! I enjoyed how Deo never gave up on his love and i was a bit annoyed many times with her. but in the end, it was really sweet and nice!! enjoyable simple read loved cohen and cant wait for his story :D

DNF 23%Too insta-love-ish and moments of jealousy after knowing each other for maybe 24hrs. Had to call it quits. :(

First, let me say I feel a little torn and confused by this book. I think the reason for that my overall feelings on it was just--meh, it's okay--when I feel like I should've really liked it. I didn't really know what to expect from this book but I was pleasantly surprised. This story is full of misunderstandings, secrets and angst but it works! It was interesting to see the characters grow and overcome their many obstacles. This is an enjoyable novel with wonderfully described characters and emotions. I really enjoyed this one! Whit is definitely a troubled soul. After losing her brother in the war, she is filled with guilt and regret over her role in his being there in the first place. Deo just seems a bit lost. No real direction or drive has him unemployed and living with his aging grandfather. When these two meet the attraction is immediate and intense but the issues they are dealing with may be too much to overcome.I thought the writing and story were decent and would definitely recommend [...]

My relationship of 15 years is alot like this, back and forth over and over again. I love that eventually they realize what they are doing wrong and go about fixing themselves instead of trying to fix each other. You have to love yourself before you are able to fully love another.

Whit Conrad and Deo Becket have both suffered losses and need a push to figure out what direction to take. A journey of forgiveness and redemption. Can they come together with all the secrets between them? Will they discover that love can only happen if they can forgive themselves and find room in their heart?A great start to a fresh series.

Whit left home to get away and Deo is a sufer adrift with nothing on the horizon a chance meeting at Whits job and its off and running. They are wonderful together and wouldnt mind reading more

To me, it was the same story as the old book. Nothing new or exciting.
